Do I need to do any food prep before this?
No. Not one bit. In fact, I encourage to you be in this space fully as you are now without any prep at all. This will help create true awareness & give us a clearer picture on where to go from here.
Will there be recipes provided?
No. This is different than that. There may be recipes shared and new ideas for what to eat generated, but it's really about coming back to what feels good for you.
If I don't want to lose weight, is this still a place for me?
YES! This isn't about weightloss. It's about understanding your cravings and learning why you crave what you do, and how to fully allow all the indulgence you've been shamed for your whole life.
How many people will be attending?
A maximum of 30 attendees. This will allow me to give individual insights and coach you through this nourishing experience.
How long is this experience?

We start with a 60-Minute Masterclass and then you actively experience a 7-day experiment with your cravings by utilizing a hands-on tool that helps you elevate your energy.
